What if you find a problem behind the wall?
Sometimes a wall opens on old wiring, a leak or plumbing that no longer meets code. We stop, show you what we found with a price, and only then proceed. That work is separate and billed separately from the original estimate.
Is the work under warranty?
Yes, our workmanship is covered for one year. Materials are covered separately by their manufacturers.
