A full renovation takes the room down to the studs and rebuilds it: layout, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, shower or tub, vanity, toilet, lighting and ventilation. You approve the whole thing in 3D first, and one licensed team builds it on one schedule.

Old tile, fixtures, vanity and flooring out, the walls and subfloor checked for damage before anything new goes in.

New drains and supply lines, shower valve, a properly vented fan, lighting circuits, outlets and a heated floor circuit.

What is the difference between a full and a partial renovation?
A full renovation replaces everything in the room, usually down to the studs, and can change the layout. A partial renovation keeps the layout and some elements and replaces the rest, for example the shower and the floor but not the vanity.
Can the layout change in a full renovation?
Yes. That is the main reason to go full: the toilet, the vanity and the shower can move, and the plumbing is rebuilt to the new plan under a permit.
Will the second bathroom be enough while the work is on?
Most families manage with one bathroom during the work. We tell you in advance on which days the water is off and keep the work area contained.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with financing providers and can help you find a payment plan that fits your budget, including low-interest and promotional options.
Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel?
Most do when plumbing, electrical or structure change; a like-for-like swap of fixtures on the same layout usually does not. We handle the permit application with your city and make sure the work meets local building codes.
Can I stay in the house during the work?
Yes, most homeowners stay. We keep the work area clean and contained so the rest of the house stays usable, and we tell you in advance on which days the bathroom is out of use.
