Down to the studs and back: new layout, plumbing, waterproofing, tile, shower, vanity and lighting, built by one team.
Free in-home visit. Written estimate after the visit.
Some bathrooms cannot be fixed one piece at a time. The tile is failing because the wall behind it is wet, the layout wastes half the room, and every fixture is the one the builder chose. Replacing the vanity would only make the rest look worse.
A full renovation takes the room down to the studs and rebuilds it: layout, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, shower or tub, vanity, toilet, lighting and ventilation. You approve the whole thing in 3D first, and one licensed team builds it on one schedule.

Everything in the room, in the order it is built.
01
Old tile, fixtures, vanity and flooring out, the walls and subfloor checked for damage before anything new goes in.
02
Shower, tub, toilet and vanity placed where they work best, with the plumbing moved to match.
03
New drains and supply lines, shower valve, a properly vented fan, lighting circuits, outlets and a heated floor circuit.
04
The shower area and the floor waterproofed before tile, the step that decides whether the bathroom lasts.
05
A tiled shower with a niche, a bench and a glass door, or a new tub with a tiled surround.
06
Porcelain, natural stone or glass tile, heated floors as an option, painted walls elsewhere.
07
A custom or standard vanity with a stone top, sinks, faucets, mirror and lighting.
08
Toilet, accessories, glass, trim and paint, then the debris leaves with us.
Tell us about your project and we'll set up a free, no-obligation consultation.
Our team takes precise measurements of your walls and rooms to ensure accuracy.
We create a detailed project plan and a 3D visualization to help you envision the final result.
Once you approve the project, we handle the purchase and delivery of all materials and begin the work.
A full renovation is the right call when several of these are true at once.
Tile is cracking or loose because the wall behind it is wet
The floor is soft near the toilet or the tub
The layout wastes the room: a tub nobody uses, a vanity too small for two, a toilet in the wrong place
The fan does not vent outside, or there is no fan
Every fixture and finish dates from the same builder package
You want heated floors, a curbless shower or a double vanity, none of which fit the current layout
Rain City is a licensed, bonded and insured Washington general contractor. The plumber, the electrician and the tile setter are on our schedule, not yours.
The finished bathroom exists as a 3D model before anything is ordered or removed. Changes are made there, where they cost nothing.
We buy and deliver the cabinets, stone and tile, take out the old bathroom and haul the debris away. Nothing waits in your driveway for someone else.
You get the estimate in writing after the in-home visit. The workmanship is covered for one year; materials by their manufacturers.

A full renovation replaces everything in the room, usually down to the studs, and can change the layout. A partial renovation keeps the layout and some elements and replaces the rest, for example the shower and the floor but not the vanity.
Yes. That is the main reason to go full: the toilet, the vanity and the shower can move, and the plumbing is rebuilt to the new plan under a permit.
Most families manage with one bathroom during the work. We tell you in advance on which days the water is off and keep the work area contained.
Yes. We partner with financing providers and can help you find a payment plan that fits your budget, including low-interest and promotional options.
Most do when plumbing, electrical or structure change; a like-for-like swap of fixtures on the same layout usually does not. We handle the permit application with your city and make sure the work meets local building codes.
Yes, most homeowners stay. We keep the work area clean and contained so the rest of the house stays usable, and we tell you in advance on which days the bathroom is out of use.

A full bathroom renovation by Rain City Kitchen & Bath takes the room down to the studs and rebuilds it: a new layout, plumbing and electrical, waterproofing, floor and wall tile, a tiled shower or a tub, vanity with a stone top, toilet, lighting and ventilation. One licensed, bonded and insured Washington contractor, one schedule, and a 3D visualization you approve before demolition.
Failing tile with a wet wall behind it, a layout that wastes the room, fixtures and finishes that all date from the same builder package: when three or more of these are true, replacing one piece makes the rest look worse. A full renovation solves them together.
