Kitchens, bathrooms and stone countertops for plateau homes, planned in 3D and built by a licensed contractor.
Most of Sammamish went up in one long wave from the early 1990s through the 2000s. Around Pine Lake, Klahanie, Sahalee and Beaver Lake the houses are two-story family homes that shipped with the same builder package: oak or maple cabinets, tile or early granite counters, a fiberglass surround in the primary bath.
Twenty and thirty years on, that package is what owners want gone. The typical Sammamish project is not a gut job. The floor plan already works, so the budget goes where you feel it every day: custom cabinets, a quartz or quartzite island, a tiled walk-in shower, better lighting. That focus usually keeps the schedule tighter than a structural remodel.
You approve the new rooms in 3D before anything is removed. Alex brings cabinet doors, stone and tile samples to the consultation, so you compare them against your own floors and light rather than a showroom wall, and the full set is at our Bellevue office whenever you want a second look.

After measurements we build a 3D visualization of the finished room. You move the island, swap the door style or change the tile on screen, not after the old kitchen is gone.
We source and deliver cabinets, stone and tile, take out the old kitchen or bath and haul the debris away, so you are not coordinating suppliers, trucks and dumpsters.
Read what Eastside homeowners say about the work, the schedule and the cleanup before you call. Then call and ask us anything the reviews did not answer.

Permits. Moving plumbing or electrical, changing the layout or touching structure calls for a City of Sammamish permit. We handle the filing and tell you the review timeline before demolition.
Living at home. Families stay in nearly every project. We wall off the work zone, set up a temporary kitchen corner and leave the site clean at the end of each day.
Deliveries and debris. Cabinets, stone and tile arrive when the schedule needs them, and the old kitchen or bath leaves in our hands, not in a dumpster parked on your driveway for a month.
" From the very first day, I aim to build a friendly and positive relationship with each customer. My core values are responsibility, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional quality in every project.

When plumbing, electrical, layout or structure changes, yes. We file with the City of Sammamish, build to current code and give you the timeline up front.
Alex brings cabinet doors, stone and tile samples to your consultation. The full set also lives at our office, 10900 NE 4th St, Unit 2300 in downtown Bellevue, Mon to Fri 8:00 to 6:00, Sat 9:00 to 4:00.
Scope sets the clock: countertop swaps and refacing take about 2 to 4 weeks, a typical kitchen 6 to 12 weeks, and a full renovation that moves walls can run 3 to 4 months. The written schedule comes before the work does.
Yes. We work with financing providers and can help you find a payment plan that fits, including low-interest and promotional options.
Older houses hide surprises: outdated wiring, water damage, plumbing that has to be brought up to code. When that happens you hear about it with a price first. It is separate work, billed separately from the original estimate.
